Sarah Clements - Legal Clerk (Estates) | Atkinson Crehan Law

Sarah has a rich professional history that has taken her far and wide before bringing her valuable skill set to our Estates team. Sarah has over 20 years in financial services, working amongst stock broking firms in a variety of roles across NZ and the UK. As a Senior Trustee at Public Trust and a Client Manager at Perpetual Guardian, Sarah has experience assisting clients with wills, EPA, family trusts, PPPRs, and estates.

Her strong financial background gives Sarah a genuine understanding of portfolio management and settlements, making her someone you can trust to get the job done right.

For Sarah, it’s not just about business, it’s about people. She considers it to be a privilege to work with families at a difficult time in their lives. “It’s very special to help wrap up someone’s financial life after they have passed and ensure their wishes are upheld.” She believes that each estate represents a life lived and a person who is leaving a legacy. Sarah likes to ensure this is handled with the utmost care.

While working full-time Sarah is also studying towards a Diploma in Legal Executive Studies.

When she’s not out exploring Nelson and its beautiful beaches, Sarah also has a creative streak and a green thumb and enjoys spending time creating wall art and gardening in the Nelson sun.
