Property Team

Legal Staff

With offices in Richmond, Nelson and Motueka, we have a large legal team of local experts you can trust to provide honest and trustworthy legal advice.

Helen is a Nelsonian through and through, born, raised and still calling it her home. With a career spanning leadership roles at Nelson City Council, the Ministries of Education, Justice and Fisheries, Helen’s steady presence and genuine warmth make her someone everyone can count on.

Her hands-on experience in property development and her years as a landlord give her unique insight into the challenges clients face, especially in the property sector. Honesty, integrity, and a willingness to go the extra mile are just part of what makes Helen so valued by both colleagues and clients.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Helen on a long walk or getting creative, making baby items for new families through the Middlemore Foundation. For Helen, helping others and giving back to her community is simply who she is.
