Graduating with a Bachelor of Laws and Arts (LLB/BA) degree from The University of Auckland, Ibolya started her legal career in country New South Wales. After returning to Nelson in 2017, she worked for another local law firm for 8 years, prior to joining the Trusts Team at Atkinson Crehan Law in September 2025.
Ibolya has experience in advising on establishing, managing and winding up family trusts, relationship property (contracting out agreements), domestic property transactions, refinancing, estate and private wealth planning, Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Occupational Right Agreements.
Ibolya enjoys getting to know her clients and providing advice tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.
Outside of work, she can be found on the dance floor, in the gym, or in the great outdoors our beautiful region has to offer. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and her 2 cats, Bruce and Lucy.
