Property Team

Legal Staff

With offices in Richmond, Nelson and Motueka, we have a large legal team of local experts you can trust to provide honest and trustworthy legal advice.
This is one lady you wouldn’t pick for spending her weekends on the track…but, with both a road and dirt bike, Kirsty is a familiar face at local motor spot events.
Nelson born, Kirsty spent time living and travelling around Australia after finishing school. However, it wasn’t until her return to Nelson in 2015 that she discovered her calling in law. She quickly completed her legal executive qualification and, after gaining experience with another local firm, found her home with us.
After years as a highly valued Legal Executive, Kirsty achieved a significant milestone in 2025 by qualifying as a Solicitor. This remarkable accomplishment is particularly impressive given she’s a busy mum to her energetic son, Jett! In her expanded role as a Solicitor, Kirsty skillfully assists clients with residential property conveyancing and is a crucial part of the team processing hundreds of subdivision sale files for our developer client. She also lends her expertise to the Relationship Property and Wills team and will soon be handling Occupational Right Agreements.
Kirsty’s favourite aspect of her job is anticipating and minimising any issues that could cause clients stress. She strives to leave such a positive impression that her clients confidently recommend her to their family and friends.
