Joe Sims - General Manager | Atkinson Crehan Law

Joe brings a unique blend of leadership, technical expertise, and business acumen to his role as General Manager at Atkinson Crehan. A former police officer, Joe served in the New Zealand Police before pursuing his passion for business. After completing a Bachelor of Business Studies, Joe worked in accounting role before advancing into a senior management position within an accounting firm.

Originally from Nelson, Joe maintains strong ties to the region and is proud to contribute to its business community. Known for his focus on technology and modernisation Joe oversees key operational areas including Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, and general operations. His practical approach and commitment to continuous improvement make him an integral part of the firm’s leadership team.

Outside of work, Joe is dedicated to community. He has served on various not for profit boards and is a long-time supporter of the Tasman Mako rugby team.
